Booking Appointment
Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate the full service, and you will still be charged for the complete service.
Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be given to another client. However, we will do our best to still provide your service within the remaining time.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, we reserve the right to keep your deposit as a no-show fee.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if the client is late or does not show up for their appointment.
Please note that these policies are in place to ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients.
